My Mother, Val Leary, in her 90th year, was in need of Assessment in order to maintain her Driver’s License. She was referred to OT Driving Services by her Doctor, Mehwish Aziz, for this Assessment and we subsequently met Ruth Jardine. Ruth was extremely Professional in her hour-long Interview and testing of Mum’s physical faculties and facilities. She was very thorough in her in-depth ascertaining of Mum’s physical and mental capabilities before taking her for a 45 min Driving Assessment. To Mum’s great relief she passed and will be able to regain her License, albeit a 15 klm Restricted one, which will at least allow her to maintain a measure of independence.
